Hi, I am Melissa!

I love photos and specifically faces. I believe that being unapologetically enthusiastic about life is when you get the most genuine moments. Those caught in a photograph make the photo a valuable thing.

God has led me to some really incredible experiences because of choosing this as my profession. Friends from college and beyond, a semester working for Esquire's photography department, the best job opportunity with an amazing photographer and mentor in Columbus.

The biggest life changer was when I asked my now husband to be my second shooter on a wedding and well…it went great! We got married in 2019 and took a dream honeymoon in Greece (wow a photographer’s dream - am I right?)

A new adventure began when we brought home our beautiful daughter in October 2021 and our son in June 2024. We are so in love with them and each other all over again.

I am excited to keep capturing the lovely faces of the people around me; because the world is big but in the small corners of it is where you find the smiles, the love, the joys of each phase of life and the photos that mean the most.
